The free postal route:
- Postal Entries When playing a Competition via a postal entry, the Entry is free. All Entrants must specify which Competition they wish to enter and provide their Contact Details to the Promoter by post to the following address: X-Clusive Competitions LTD. Unit C2, Eckland Lodge Business Park, Market Harborough, LE16 8HB. First or second-class postage must be paid for each such Entry (‘Postal Entry’). Bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. Postal entries will not be accepted directly through the letterbox. Only one Postal Entry is permitted per Competition for each registered account. Postal Entries are limited to one Entry per person to each Competition. Each Postal Entry has the same chance per Entry of winning a Prize or an Instant Win Prize as an Online Entry.
- All Entries, whether an Online Entry or a Postal Entry, must arrive by the end of the Promotion Period for a Competition as stated on the Website. For all Competitions a random number/s will be allocated to each Postal Entry by the Promoter. All Postal Entries will be treated in the exact same way as paid Online Entries once numbers have been allocated. If a Competition has sold out, then no further Entries will be accepted and the Website will state that that Competition has closed.
- Please note that whether submitting an Online Entry and/or a Postal Entry, you will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Entry which can be confirmed in your account when you login or we may send you an email confirming it (and any such entry referred to herein as an ‘Entry’ or ‘Entries’).

How do you enter the competition?

Where do I find my confirmation of purchase and ticket numbers?
After purchasing tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your entry details and ticket numbers, usually within 10–15 minutes. During busy times, this could take a few hours. Ticket numbers are assigned instantly, so if you can’t locate them, refer to the relevant FAQ section.
Where can I see my tickets?
To view your ticket numbers, log in and go to your account. On mobile, tap your account in the top-right corner; on desktop, hover over it and select “My Entries” from the dropdown menu. Here, you can see all your tickets for the competitions you’ve entered. Good luck!
How will I know if I have won?
Winners are contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If your contact details change before the competition ends, you must update them. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected, forfeiting the original claim to the prize.
How do I see who has won?
You can view previous live draws for cars and major cash prizes on the Draw results page. For any other draws, the winners are listed on the competitions page. Additionally, the Winners’ page showcases a list of past winners, many of whom have shared photos.
How long does the competition run?
The competition’s opening and closing dates are displayed on the website. Closing dates are never extended, even if tickets are unsold. However, live draws may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, with updates shared on social media. Draw dates may also be moved earlier if the competition sells out ahead of time.

How is the winner decided?
After a competition closes, a full entry list is posted on the website, showing all draw numbers, including yours. Competitions are then drawn live on Facebook, a winning number is selected using PHP’s random_int.
What if the competition doesn't sell out?
The draw will proceed on the scheduled date, and it may be moved earlier if tickets sell out. This gives you better odds for your entry. The prize remains the same, and we do not offer a percentage of ticket sales like some other competitions do.
